A Way to Healthy Aging was created to help you in that journey whether you get a Prodrome Scan or not.

My vision is to create a mutually supportive community of like-minded individuals who resonate with the following:

  • I realize that developing critical thinking skills relating to Health and Wellbeing is an integral part of any successful journey to being the best version of myself.
  • I understand that no one will ever know my body as well as I do.
  • I acknowledge the personal responsibility and discipline necessary to counteract the impacts of aging (entropy) and current challenges.
  • Putting myself first makes it possible for me to provide the most help to those around me.
  • I understand no one person or source has all the answers when it comes to self-mastery (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and financially)
  • I recognize that I may not even know what I don't know and I'm open to discovering what those things might be.
  • I recognize there are those who may be further down the path of self-mastery in pertinent categories who may have useful information for my individual circumstances at this time. With the necessary critical thinking skills I am more able to find those sources.
  • I am open, ready and willing to explore avenues which will optimize my health and well-being and I am truly excited about the possibilities. The evidence of healthy aging is stronger every day.
  • I understand that I am unique.  What works for others may not work for me.  (Being different is OK, it just potentially means more trial and error to Dial In what works for you)
  • I’m willing to ask the hard questions about my current lifestyle/diet. “How well is all of it working for me”? (physically, mentally, spiritually, psychologically, financially)
  • I’d love to explore more deeply topics that can bring Results and Transformation.
  • I realize that now, more than ever before, the shear amount of information, on top of conditioning and busy lives, can lead to Analysis Paralysis and/or costly mistakes when it comes to our health and wellbeing.

About Me

My overall journey so far:

It's now been 40+ years, spending tens of thousands of dollars*, coupled with the unrelenting conviction that there is always something better possible; years spent testing out just what is possible when it comes to optimal health and wellbeing. I’ve had plenty of experience following trends, group think, the promise of magic bullets, etc.

If presented with enough information that seemed to make sense, I was game to give it a try. The litmus test was always to be the guinea pig, first in line for anything I recommended.  Experience as a health care practitioner and training in Epigenetic and Biological Individuality have now modified that approach.

Hunting for the gems among all the over-hyped, over promising- under delivering products, modalities and techniques has played a big part in my journey.

The payoff has been finding and sometimes being personally mentored by some brilliant individuals and discovering what’s effective, under what circumstances and more importantly what doesn’t work.

Over the years scientific tools and big data have progressed exponentially, and my ability to seek out trustworthy sources and read between the lines has gotten far better.

For myself, now having reached my 70's, I’ve learned how to “Dial In” what it takes to have a better quality of day–to-day health and wellbeing more than ever before.

This platform is my attempt to share what I've learned and be of guidance for those committed to achieving an optimal life for themselves.
